The private studio room has a queen bed, ensuite, dining table, lounge, Wifi,
outdoor setting and kitchenette.

French press coffee, a variety of teas, milk, granola/muesli and fruit 
are provided to help you start your day.

Facilities are for a maximum of 2 adult guests only.

CURRENT PRICE:

$150 per night (minimum 2 nights stay)
Plus a service fee of $40

2 nights: $300 + $40 = Total $340
3 nights: $450 + $40 = Total $490
4 nights: $600 + $40 = Total $640
5 nights: $750 + $40 = Total $790

Conditions:
• 50% paid at time of booking, remainder due 7 days before arrival
• Check-in from 2pm
• Check-out 10am
• Non smoking accommodation
• Not suitable for children or infants
• Not suitable for pets

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel up to 14 days before check-in and deposit is fully refundable.
• Cancel up to 7 days before check-in and one night stay ($150) is not refundable.
