The Space – Make yourself at home

The cosy private studio room is attached to the main house and has its own entrance and a private balcony at the back taking in the breathtaking views of the Huon River, Hartz Mountains  and rolling green fields with grazing cows and alpacas. Relax and reflect on the deck and soak up the amazing views…blissful, private and peaceful.

Enjoy a delightful short stroll to the water’s edge of the Huon River, with a bit of wildlife spotting on the way…rabbits, wallabies, quolls and birds.

The air-conditioned studio room has one luxury queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom/toilet. Facilities suitable for a maximum of 2 adult guests only.

The kitchenette is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric frypan, wine glasses, crockery and cutlery. Please note: The studio room does not have an oven or cooktop. Also included: linen and towels, iron and ironing board, wardrobe, hairdryer, toiletries, makeup mirror, dining table, lounge and outdoor seating. TV and Netflix is available (for those cosy nights in) as well as Free unlimited Wifi. Please note this is a non-smoking property.

Breakfast provided. Breakfast provisions are provided to help you start your day exploring the region. Coffee, variety of teas, milk and fruit are also provided. Please let me know of any dietary requirements before your arrival. Your Hosts We live on site and have a ceramics studio on the property. We are happy to help with any questions you may have and can recommend local eateries and attractions and provide a range of brochures to help you plan your stay. We respect your privacy and are happy to be available at your request.

Guest Access

Parking is at the front door of the studio apartment which is joined to the main house. The studio room has a separate entrance, as well as your own private balcony at the back to relax and enjoy the views.

The Neighbourhood

Graces View is a few klms away from Fat Pig Farm, for their delightful Friday Feasts or Cooking Classes.

Cygnet is 10klms away if you require any food or drink supplies.Cygnet also has a Post Office, ATMs, Pubs, Bottle Shop, Service Stations, Eateries (with great coffee) and Shopping.

Cygnet Market (1st & 3rd Sunday every month) where we have our handmade ‘Raw Ceramics’ stall in the Community Hall near the live music.

A breakfast tray is provided on your arrival so you can enjoy a sleep in if you wish. To enjoy your privacy, and when staying for a few days, your breakfast tray will be provided the afternoon before.

The best way to explore the area is by car where you can explore the delights of the region.
